RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

 

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes certain products do not suit you and you would like a refund. As long as the product is in its original condition, we accept returns within 30 days of the date the product was delivered to you.

How to return

– Send a return request to our email address [email protected].
– We will send you an email with instructions on how to complete the return process within 1 business day.
– Please note that the original shipping charges (if any) are not refundable.

When returning an item, please note that

– Any item returned must be in the same condition as when you received it. The item must be unworn, unwashed, in its original selling condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
– Once we receive your package, we will check the condition of the items before issuing a refund for returned items.

How do I edit my order information?

After placing an order, we have 24 hours to edit or cancel an order during business hours. We cannot edit or cancel orders outside of the 24-hour time frame after the order is placed. If you have pre-ordered an item, please contact us at [email protected] you need to cancel the item before the expected delivery date.

Conditions that are not considered quality defects

– Loose threads, rough edges, thickness, slight fabric, and color differences due to differences in display screens are NOT considered quality issues.
– Returns due to dissatisfaction with style, color, and changes in personal preferences are NOT considered quality issues.
– Damage caused by improper use, washing, maintenance, DIY repair, modification, or other human factors is NOT considered a quality issue.

Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as the condition of the returned products, so please ensure they are properly packaged and not damaged in route!

If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in the wrong condition, we will not be able to refund you and may have to reship it to you (and ask you to cover the shipping costs). All items are inspected upon return.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item and decide to return it, we will refund the original order value plus the cost of return shipping after inspecting the items.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your return. We will also notify you of whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially credited.

Next, contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before the refund is posted.

– Raynor.store will not accept any form of return. All returns must be sent by post.
– Only approved returns will be accepted.
