To place an order online at raynor.store, simply visit our website, select your favorite products, choose your size and quantity, then click the “Add to Cart” button. When you are ready to check out, click the shopping cart icon and follow the instructions to complete your order.

We usually process orders within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. In some special cases, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will notify you if there are any delays.

The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping address and shipping method you choose. Generally, orders will be delivered within 7-15 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping is a flat rate of $6.99 per order within the United States.

If you need to change your shipping address after you have placed your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the new address information before the order is shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to check the status and current location of your order through the shipping carrier’s website.

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the item. The item must be unworn, with all tags and labels still attached. To request a return, please contact our customer service for further instructions.
